This is not a brand. It’s a remembering.

Authenticity Movement is a rebellion against shrinking, performing, and being palatable for the world. It exists for those who are ready to return to themselves slowly, honestly, and without apology.

We believe authenticity lives in the body before it ever finds words. In the breath you take when no one is watching. In the way your shoulders soften when you finally speak your truth. In the gentle courage it takes to show up as you are.

This movement is an invitation to come home to you.

Here, it's not about performance, it’s about presence. Feeling your feet on the ground. Your heart in your chest. Your voice in your throat.
Your “yes,” your “no,” and everything tender in between.

We honor the beauty of realness. The poetry of imperfection. The quiet power of self-trust. This is a space where your softness is not a weakness, your boundaries are sacred, and your truth is welcomed exactly as it arrives.

Authenticity Movement is for those who are tired of performing and ready to embody. Ready to live in alignment rather than expectation.
Ready to choose presence over perfection. You don’t need to become anything here. You only need to be.

More about your Guide

Hello, my name is Leittia Leonard. You can call me Tia.

I am a burn survivor, and my work is rooted in lived experience.
My body has known pain, healing, patience, and profound transformation. There was a time when sensation meant survival, when every breath, every movement, and every moment asked something deeper of me. Recovery taught me how to listen to my body in a way I never had before. It taught me that healing isn’t something we force. It’s something we allow.

Through my own journey, I discovered that the body holds memory, emotion, and wisdom. When we create space for softness, safety, and presence, something within us begins to remember how to rest, how to trust, and how to feel whole again.

Why I Do This Work
My guidance comes not only from the quiet, lived experience of finding my way back into my body with patience, gentleness, and care, but also from what I have learned.

I am a 160- hour certified SOMA (Science of Mindful Awareness) mindfulness meditation guide, a 30- hour trauma-informed sensual yoga guide, as well as a sound guide. I am also a meditation guide, in the meditation app, Insight Timer

My work is held by both sensation and science. I hold a bachelor’s degree in laboratory science, bringing a strong foundation in human physiology, nervous system awareness, and evidence informed care to my work in mindfulness, sensual embodiment, and sound healing.

My sessions are shaped by an understanding of what it means to move gently, to listen deeply, and to honor the pace of healing because I have lived it. This is not about pushing through pain or striving for a better version of yourself. This is about meeting yourself where you are and creating a relationship with your body that feels safe, respectful, and kind.

My Approach
My work blends:

  • Guided meditation and nervous-system awareness

  • Sound healing and vibrational rest

  • Gentle, sensual embodiment and intuitive movement

  • Trauma-aware, consent centered facilitation

Everything I offer is an invitation, never a demand. You are always in choice. You are always in control of your own experience.

What I Hold Space For
I hold space for people who are tired of carrying everything alone.

For those who feel disconnected from their bodies. For those who have lived through experiences that changed how they relate to touch, sensation, or rest. For those who are longing to feel safe inside themselves again.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about remembering that you were never broken.

Beyond the Practice
Outside of sessions, my life is rooted in community, family, and creative healing. I believe in the power of sound, breath, and stillness to change not just individual lives but the way we care for one another.

Every sanctuary I co- create is built on the same foundation: dignity, softness, and the radical act of slowing down in a world that asks us to rush.

An Invitation
If you are here, I trust there is a part of you that is ready to soften.
You don’t have to have the right words. You don’t have to know what you’re looking for.

You only have to arrive.

My story is one of survival. My work is one of returning to the body, to the breath, and to the gentleness we all deserve.
