My one-on-one sessions are designed as a return to your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm. Together, we move slowly and intentionally, creating room for you to soften the nervous system, release what has been held, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be felt, seen, and honored.

Our mindfulness practice is an intimate conversation with the present moment. Through breathwork, gentle awareness, and somatic check-ins, we create a sense of safety inside your body so you can meet your thoughts, emotions, and sensations without judgment or urgency.
