Authenticity Movement Presents: And Still, I Rise

Join us for a transformative class that teaches foundational mindfulness practices from a soul-centered perspective, emphasizing deep connectedness and liberation. Participants of all backgrounds are welcome.
We’ll begin with soul-centered breath and body practices to ground and soothe, followed by an exploration of Soulfulness and its relevance to wellness. In the next segment, we’ll engage in inner awareness exercises to connect with our inner selves and discover our inner river. We’ll also enjoy a Soul Session, focusing on mindful music listening and how it embodies sound, vibration, movement, culture, and healing.
The class will conclude with a powerful viewing of Maya Angelou's poem "Still I Rise," celebrating resilience and empowerment. Join us for this journey of healing and connection!
