The majority of us live in our past (and future) day after day. We think the same thoughts and feel the same emotions, sending out the same energy. Join me as we work to break free from old ways of thinking and being, allowing our will to be greater than the program.
In this class we will discuss how our thinking can inhibit our ability to experience the infinite possibilities for our lives, and with meditation we can call our energy back in to the present moment, which is where we can get clear about the life we want to create. We will also learn how to be mindfully compassionate and forgving of ourselves as we do THIS work!
