Service Description

A weekly sound bath for deep rest, gentle release and a softer return to yourself. Every Thursday evening, you are invited to step away from the noise, settle into stillness and allow yourself to be held by sound. Wild Rest is a 60 minute immersive sound bath guided by Leittia Leonard of Authenticity Movement. Through the layered vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, flute and other therapeutic instruments, you will be guided into a space of intentional rest and embodied presence. You do not have to perform, produce or arrive feeling peaceful. Simply come as you are. What to Expect Your experience may include grounding breathwork, guided rest, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, flute, chimes, gentle percussion and quiet integration. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is required. What to Bring Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering and anything else that will help your body feel supported.
